Dining at Marianapolis
Fine Dining at Marianapolis

Meals at the Dining Room are not only nutritious, they are often fun. The Dining staff go to great lengths to liven up the dining experience. When a group of students celebrates a special holiday, the Dining Room often gets in the spirit. For example, for Cinco de Mayo, the entire school joins with the Latino students in having such fare as bean and cheese burritos, beef enchiladas, fried yucca root, and a nacho bar. Students from the Caribbean enjoy Jerk Chicken, fried plantains, fruit, cheese, and vegetables. Our Asian students love the rice cookers and celebrating different holidays, including Chuseok and Chinese New Year. Regardless of nationality, there is always something good to eat. In addition to the nutritious and balanced hot meals, students always have a vegetarian option, as well as a self-serve salad bar and deli bar.
